With hands-on experience in all facets of home improvement, Ballard Builders is able and ready to help with all your home improvement projects from fences and decks to remodels and additions, to new builds. How it Starts
Every project starts with you reaching out! After an initial conversation, we like to schedule a site visit where we can learn more about your goals and gather more information about your project. Sometimes during this first meeting we obtain all the details we need to create an initial estimate, and sometimes we don't. Either way is ok! We are here to help with the building process as a whole— this includes pre-construction and design.
Once we have all the necessary details, we issue an initial estimate. We then meet again to answer any of your questions and work collaboratively to refine scope. Our goal is to ensure your vision is brought to reality while staying within budget.
